In the unliklihood that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact esmeboutiqueoffice@gmail.com

The product must be in its original condition, unworn, no marks (including makeup), odourless and have the original tags attached. Some items are unable to be refunded for hygiene reasons if this is the case, it will be clearly noted in the product description.

We do not cover the cost of postage if you wish to return, we also do not accept responsibility for the order when in the post back to us, therefore we strongly reccommend getting a tracked postal service.

Once we recieved your refund and accept that it meets return standards; we aim to process your refund within 3-7 working days. We do not refund the original delievery costs.

Exchanges

In the event that you wish to exchange a product, please state why and make clear the alternative product with your size. Please not we only exchange products that are of the same value in price.
